Daniel is a seasoned IT leader with 25+ years in enterprise software engineering, platform modernization, and infrastructure transformation. He's architected complex systems delivering real value at scale: financial and tax engines processing over $150M annually and platforms enabling $165M in new contracts, while building and leading technical teams and staying close to the code. Having founded multiple IT companies, Daniel is now IT Director at RPM xConstruction. His expertise spans CI/CD, automated testing, system resiliency, and full-stack, cloud, and AI/ML technologies. Decades of experience delivering technology that works under real business pressure.

Reid has an entrepreneurial mindset and a real passion for business. He has a natural knack for understanding how companies work, spotting inefficiencies and seeing where the right systems change a business's trajectory. That drive for operational efficiency led him to found Sunburn Consulting. Through his M&A experience, Reid has hands-on exposure to how deals are evaluated and closed, grounding his understanding of the finance world Sunburn serves.
